2-42. REMOVING ILLUMINATION CIRCUIT BOARD ASSEMBLY

Turn off power before working on equipment. Failure to do so

can cause serious injury to personnel.

1. Set POWER ON/OFF circuit breaker (1) to OFF.

2. Disconnect printer from power source.

3. Remove two screws (2) from top of illumination reflector (3).

4. Loosen two captive thumbscrews (4) and open door (5) partway.

5. Remove one screw (6) from each side of illumination reflector (3).

6. Remove illumination reflector (3).

7. Remove two screws (7) and two flatwashers (8).

8. Remove illumination circuit board assembly (9).
